Wont happen in the next year or two obviously, but inside 10 not out of the question....Everyone is driving for success and its being demanded of them to succeed...
Put it this way...its a perfect segway to VFL/AFL coaching employment for future aspirants who desire it as a career.
Think about it......

Blacks might struggle to fill a side this year. On top of names already mentioned, Pattison, Mahon, Foster, Thomas, Napier and O'Brien all gone.
Someone tried telling me that Anthony Rock was on $75k. Surely someone pulling my leg
I could almost live off that moneyPut it this way, heard their new bloke will be on around $80,000. .............
He's certainly pulling something.Someone tried telling me that Anthony Rock was on $75k. Surely someone pulling my leg

News from the Nursery on the weekend:
1. Uni Blacks are definitely losing a handful of more than handy types. (likely finish 7 - 10)
2. Carey in all sorts of trouble - No Howat, Rowe and possibly more.(spoon)
3. Collegians looking to land some big fish but if unsuccessful may struggle with a young list devoid of Taft, Holst, Jorgenson(7-10)
4. De La up and about with list from 2015 in tact plus the prodigal sons of Picket, Rayson and Williams to return(finals)
5. Trinity much of a muchness in 2016 (finals)
6. Old Melb trying extremely hard to improve list and may have some announcements this week.(7-10)
7. SKOB very quite, where is Brian!(finals)
8. Old Xavs reeling after last weeks bad press.(4-6)
9. Uni Blues expect to be better despite the loss of Watts and Summers(4-6)
10. St Bernards - no news as I was in the Nursery and didn't venture out into the public areas.(finals)
Cox has accepted senior assistant job at Marcellin.
There's more than meets the eye . . .
Agreed. You find that coaches do do 20 hours plus a week (like away from fam) but a lot doesnt impact on normal job. 3 hours Tues, 4 hours Thurs both after work. 7 hours Sat and then maybe 1-5 thinking about it...it's a drug that can drive you crazy.
But no full time gig.
Clearly never coached before (which is fine). But don't underestimate all the time you don't see personally. Ask any coach how much time he/she dedicates a week to game vision from weekend, game vision from upcoming opposition, talking to players about past week and coming week, injuries, availability, life in general, planning drills, planning game-day, talking to assistant coaches, exec committee via email/phone/text/in person.
1-5? Any (decent) coach would be doing that a day and some.
