I'm sure your disappointed about the bunnies that can't get a game now that Gysberts, Strauss and Bail have taken their spots. It's a terrible argument. Bernards lost good players and replaced them with lesser players, SKOBS recruited more players and the shit got squeezed out.

Depends on how deep the 'best' goes. Assuming Salopek x2, Bail, Strauss, Gysberts, Gilham are in the best payers. Do SKOB then have 17 of the best players in what...the Top 30. Top 50? How deep does the best players go?

I'm not sure why you are defensive? Nobody apart from you are suprised that SKOB would be winning games. They have amazing players. We all read the team sheets and know where the players have played previously and how good they are.

Certainly looks like one of the best SKOB side. Obviously the 99-02 vintage being the only other one worth comparison but its tough from the outside so have not gone over the top. All teams from 1-8 would now think they are a shot if they get lucky with injuries I reckon. SKOB would be no different. Clearly super excited as a supporter. Been a pretty good year and a half.

Fair call. I do think that its not as clear cut as that though. The names are bigger but reckon, as pointed out by earlier posters, the game-play doesn't look terribly different to last year. Opponents are better and certainly bigger!!!

In a year as even even as it is from 1-8 (at this stage), how many wins do you think you'll need to make the four and to stay up?

If BERNIES could knock off DLS at home this weekend, they stay in the race and it really tightens things.

Blues have SKOBS which is so important in terms of ladder position. SKOBS win and it tightens, blues win and they get the slightest amount of room near the top.

Blacks should account for carey which will also give them some breathing space. Similar with Trinity.

Someone could sneak in with 10 wins, possibly? Might need 6 to stay up this year with carey looking likely to drop.
