What the hell is going on at South Croydon? Yes they’ve played good opponents but they’re not exactly a poor side (on paper) themselves. Starting the season with consecutive 70+ defeats is shocking.

You would think Balwyn will thump Sth Croydon and with Vermont playing Sth Belgrave, the picture at the bottom might be a bit clearer… if Sth Belgrave can get up, they put some distance between themselves and the bottom 2.

Balwyn haven’t been convincing. I wouldn’t write the Doggies off—in fact, I think they win this one. The smaller ground will suit them and they’ll feel right at home.
