I'd say crap. APS schools do not pay cash. They help you find a fulfilling future career. They are the modern day Willy Wonkers of work. Or at Xavier and Skevvies they are the Vatican's of vocation.

Im sick of hearing who pays and who doesnt, its like the Loch Ness monster....is there or isnt there.
The only thing that is NOT in dispute is that St Bernies playing fields are the worst in A Grade, followed neck and neck with Uni B and St Bedes for a close second.
As for tradesman being second class citizens, Ben Chifley was a boiler maker ...........

Oh dear! I think he actually believes that is the right word! Doesn't help the cause of the ACC.

Whilst I'm at it, how poor are the VAFA at promoting great signings to our comp? SKOB do a press release and it's on the site for what seems like 10 minutes and is then replaced by a terrible looking ad for a reserves coach in ANOTHER comp!!! FFS.
Seriously, everyone should lay off the spelling and grammatical errors. This website and forum is about giving an opinion and discussing a competition we all care deeply for.
To criticise someone for similar errors is in poor taste, and reference to ACC schools being poorer and providing an inferior level of education, is in poor taste and is disrespectful to the parents of their kids who sacrificed a geat deal to send them to these schools - ACC or APS.
Blue collar workers have smashed white collar emplyment in terms of salaries in the last 10 years anyway.

Word on the street an ex AFL and A Grade premiership player has snuck back into the country and will saddle up at barkers road in 2013 after a short hiatus.

Nearly all Ressies with 1 or 2 fringe players. This will really hurt their depth though. There 2s were poor last year and they were the only side in ‘A’ grade not to field a 3rds. On the flip side they do have good unders and sufficient numbers last year to field 2 x U19 teams.

Toff APS mates? You need a reality check, most people who send their kids to APS schools are hard working individuals who go above and beyond what any 'normal' person will to ensure their children get the best possible education. How would you go paying 30 large per kid per year?
As far as Ron Jeremy goes, never has a finer individual graced the screens, I can't believe he has never won an Oscar for such classics as Orgazmo, Detroit Rock City and Finishing The Game.

There is no doubt whatsoever that money has changed hands over the years. To say it hasnt happened is fanciful dreaming. I am sure today (2013) all clubs and their committees are paranoid of someone pointing the "stick" in their direction and making accusations. That being said, they would be working their a***'*
off to make sure it is not their club in the "gun".

I have never seen it in 25 years of the VAFA, most clubs struggle to pay for their tape, bandages and physio's, even the perceived 'rich' clubs. This is fact.

Re : Tape, bandages, phyios etc, you are spot on, I couldnt agree more BUT look at the money that is offered around in the sub leagues to attract players. The top Ammo teams are always defending their "flock" from these predators. It doesnt necessarily have to be an envelope of cash after each game, there are other ways from 3rd party interests. Still not in the Ammo spirit, but Im sure it has happened. Its the law of averages.....

I've got a good idea, can we argue about religion or maybe something else that people are never going to agree on? It's about as exciting as the APS v ACC crap you have to wade through until you read something that actually offers something insightful on this thread.
Who is the admin for this forum? Any crap about the payment and non-payment of players is incredibly boring and should be deleted. It's painful to read. It happens every year and is pathetic.
