Xavs have lost Waller to Balwyn, Ambrose to Norwood and Goss to another EFL club. Unfortunate that
waller and goss to the mighty Balwyn.

$1500 per game I hear. Hard to knock back.
Better than Communion after a loss..........................
Yeah apparently Howat is well and truly involved in recruiting so whilst im sure he's had a good offer or two, doesnt sound likelyYep...Norwood.
Have it on good authority that Howats going nowhere. Always chased by cash clubs but pretty keen to lead Carey back in A was what I as told and been instrumental in setting up preseason and recruiting so seems unlikely.
Can confirm.Yeah apparently Howat is well and truly involved in recruiting so whilst im sure he's had a good offer or two, doesnt sound likely
Satterley confirmed De La Salle had regained a long list of players, including Tyson Hunt, Ben Humphrey, Sam Brooks, Brad Wilson and Paul Johnson (Coburg VFL).
And he confirmed that star Box Hill Hawks midfielder Xavier Murphy, soon to be a paramedic, would join his brother Ned at the club if he gained a placement in the metropolitan area.
Murphy played in the Hawks’ 2013 premiership and is among the most crafty players in the VFL.
He played one match for De La this year, totting up 36 disposals
waller and goss to the mighty Balwyn.
Some positive news on the player front for DLS (a bit different to this time last year!)

Movement creates opportunity for those with relevant depth. They should be able to cover Goss with the Premier U19 B&F winner. Meant to be a future star. Not to mention having two premiership stars returning from o/s and interstate also to cover Waller and Ambrose. Add Carroll to the mix and they possibly break even. But by not making the 4 this year, they will need to improve out of site from last year.
Haha ohhhh this post amuses me. Many know the real reason he can knock back the country coin...Can confirm.
Seems like a really loyal fella.

I don't claim to have extensive knowledge of him or his situation for that matter, I was just commenting after a brief conversation that I had with him a little while ago.Haha ohhhh this post amuses me. Many know the real reason he can knock back the country coin...

That old chestnut...
FF, forget "the old chestnuts", you are a peanut. Toll poppy syndrome.Yep, that old chestnut raises its head again...... Uni Blacks paying somer players. Strong rumor going around
with one A grade coach in particular rather concerned. Nothing will come of it though cause VAFA will sit on their hands and do nothing
as per usual...........
Thought white goods appearing in plentiful supply on front doorsteps was the go.FF, forget "the old chestnuts", you are a peanut. Toll poppy syndrome.
From what I hear, Richardson is back with the blacks next year with minimal departures (blake: ret). Recruited well too. With Blake leaving that should free up some cash for another gun.
See you at the Uni next year FF, I'll be the bloke handing out brown paper bags to Kruze, Hogan, Pattison, Lawrie, Mahon, Lacey and the rest of them.
Rumoured that's what an old school club was proficient at doing. Envious scuttlebutt no doubt.
