RHB, I haven't heard of someone 6'3 being stocky before, is that possible? Stocky = short and of strong build.

Neither played against us on the weekend, nor did Simpson nor their VFL players and a few others or it may have been very ugly.

Having said that, our Disco is a legend and a great servant of our club, 44 on Monday, happy birthday great man! We also had more than a few out, although that does include our VFL listed players who have played the last couple of weeks.

Big build up over the bye for the Blacks v Beaumaris clash, I'm tipping Beauy by around 45 points based on Blacks less than convincing wins over OB and OI the last few weeks.

It's not that bad Westy, we're only missing 10 of out first choice team plus about another 4-5 of the next few who would replace them! Still plenty of guys to pick from....

Good win by SKOB'S yesterday against a determined AJAX. Down to 1 on the I/C half way through the 3rd made it even more meritorious. Nice touch by the ressies applauding no 13 of AJAX off the ground celebrating his 200 games. A couple of other close games made for interesting reading on the VAFA website last night.

When you are unaware of the score, go on the website and it says that won by 1 point and the ladder confirms that you are on 8 points, only two games out of the 4. Then ring the President with a happy tone in your voice, then to find out that the VAFA website was wrong.
Or for a backman to concede he didn't touch the ball as the goal umpire signals with only one hand, not the required and correct two hands.

Ahh Max as BS, OTP and yourself have told me several times this year that's the rule and the umpires verdict is final!! But I do admit that relegation is far bigger than tops 2, feeling for you right now..
