Was anyone at Harry Trott on Saturday?

Keen to get their thoughts on the game

De La had a good crack...plenty of drive off half back. Their big No 1 was there go to up forward. He played well.
I think Colls overall, were better equipped, bigger and stronger (Frost and Johnson). Was up for grabs till the 15 min mark in the last. A very entertaining, well contested game....De La looked better than anytime last year..

Just quietly, De La put up a good showing, but they still couldn’t handle the strength of the lions on the Trott. There’s a refreshing feel to our side this year with a good dose of new players coming in and older blokes as well as some young lads too.

Looking forward to our first senior match down at the Fearon against Willy on Anzac Day.

Let's wait until about Rd6 however Willy strong at home - no surprise with Busutill and a boomerang breeze and AJAX very impressive with an OI wedding. The whole point - is round 1

Introduce yourself Mike.
SS.

Ajax vs Old Carey - Are the Jackas the real deal. I'm guessing yes.
Beaumaris vs Old Geelong - At a neutral Sandy, I think OGS may just pip the Sharks.
Williamstown vs Collegians - Willy is a tough trip, but the Lions are good enough.
De La Salle vs Old Camberwell - De La to break the streak and get back on the winning side of a contest.
Old Melburnians vs Old Ivanhoe - Tough with 2 sides who were disappointing in Round 1. I'm guessing OI will bounce back a little better.
