In fairness Richo, Bedders has acknowledged his coaching prowess. It's his demeanor that he questions so regularly and he's not an orphan in that respect.

Alas AM he was appointed Assistant Coach at an awful AFL Club.....I suspect no one else wanted the Job....so the search is on for an experienced big bodied midfielder to assist our young gun midfielders.....

Yeah, why does anyone play at all below sub-elite and elite. This post reeks of bitterness and frustration that Ian is receiving praise. I'll admit, he is very divisive, but he deserves credit where it is due. He changed the culture of a club that was really struggling, allowed players to grow, brought in some very talented youngsters and now Kew sit in Premier C as a District club. Mediocre? Division 3 perhaps. Winning Division 1 is an entirely different matter. Coming fifth in Premier C, nothing to sneeze at.

Maybe if Whitefriars had more 'care factor' they might be able to slither up a few spots on down in Division footy.

Lol. That softy also won a B&F when your mob were apparently unbackable favourites in 2015. Martinov still sooking after he is given a bath any time he plays decent opposition? It must still sting.

lol, bringing up shit from the past. That was all dealt with at the time with me and scruff top, there was a bit of bitterness after what occurred in the ressies. Martinov has not played well against Kew and that can happen in footy , it happens in AFL. But in his time he has carved up CHB's from B grade down and has represented the Big V.

Correct!! But your beloved Monders (who, after going down to the mighty Kew Bears in the 2015 D1 Grand Final then got relegated in 2016 back to D1) are not in Prem C - the thread in which you seem to be wasting a lot of time and energy

Maybe you could persuade him to your point of view re the controversial one over the proposed beverage or several with your "old friend".

You've been very quiet here since my suggestion of a catch-up with your "old friend". Bedders will be thinking you really don't care for him anymore.

Pity the Monders and Kew won't be seen in combat again anytime soon. With the Monders going up a grade in 2018 and the Bears heading south.

Sadly, a Beaserless Bears in 2017 won't be a pretty sight methinks.:eek:

So who is in charge now and hopefully they will change that shit culture and that's not directed at the players , as they are good blokes, apart from Balme.

Bedders, just relax. Kew culture is fine. Great club. You don't win 3 flags in a row if you are not a great club.
Everyone thinks they support a club with no troublemakers but truth is that all clubs have them. Apart from mine that is pretty much perfect.
What's wrong with young Balme?
Seems like a rip snorter from where i sit..
