Bedders is a classic isn't he. He has no problems coining the monikers "Payran" and "Payninsula" but if you suggest his beloved Ormond might be flirting with the VAFA rules he loses his mind with OTT ultra agressive posts. Go figure.

Having taken a quick look at the playing history of the new signing at Ormond, I think the link between the one time Willi VFL player and Ormond is Anthony Quon. Soylemez and Quon both have history with Hampton Rovers and South Melb Districts. Soylemez was likely coached by Quon in his handful of games at Rovers before chasing the filthy lucre.

Speaking of Quonny, a little birdy tells me that he is on the exact same money at Ormond as Senior Asst as what he was getting at Hampton Rovers as Senior Coach. Very lucrative for Quonny and it seems there is no shortage of coin down at the Gunn.

Take off your rose tinted glasses and go back a few months. The critiques are there in the printed word for all to see (though there were some who ignored what was written and piled on the BS for fun).

If by "a few months back" you are referring to the Ormond vs POB D1 GF, here is what I recall:-

1. He congratulated POB for being the better side "on the day"
2. Bemoaned that Jones was allowed to qualify, but did not blame Jones for Ormond losing.
3. Bemoaned Ormond being hit by injuries, particularly their backline.

None of those things represent him having a dig at his own club.
