There are some genuine mouth watering games this weekend, but none more so in my opinion than Uni Blues v Old Trinity.

Defeat for Blues will send plenty of alarm bells ringing with trips to the Trott and Toorak Park to come in the last 3 weeks as well as Caulfield away.

That's my assessment too, which is why I will be observing the game from close quarters and trying to avoid the mud.

I wonder if Hawthorn recruiters are still embarrassed about drafting Ned Reeves? Maybe they were a bit smarter than Mr Lion and Mr Angle.

Anyone other than me at Elsternwick last sat arvo. The Colls first qtr was as good as any since beating OSTK at H Trott under lights on a friday night a few years ago.
