Spent some time importing the 2012 lists to PC2010, haven't finished yet but got bored and decided to make a challenge for everyone.
I simmed a season, and went all the way to the first day of 2012, went into the save files, found all the 2012 drafted players and got all those who were drafted 1-40 in the National draft (37 players, Some picks were skipped), I got all of those, edited what ever needed to be fixed so they can be used in when the year is 2011. I put their team as Gold Coast, then got the 2011 lists and deleted every Gold Coast player and then replaced them with these 37 players.
I loaded up these lists, simmed a year, they lost every game, almost won 2. The challenge is to get this team (Gold Coast) as far as close as they can to a premiership in the smallest amount of time. I suggest simming the first season as you will probably lose every game, and then actaully begin at the Trade Week, unfortunately it is impossible to make the game start around the Trade Week. Trade and Delist whoever you want, they are worth a 1st or 2nd rounder so you can get some pretty good players by trading, but try to see how many of these inaugural players you can keep. From what I saw, there are alot of mids and tall backs, but a shortage of Rucks and small or tall fowards (Can't remember which). I have no idea if you will get fired after the 2nd year even if you get some good players, but you shouldn't get fired on the first year, I lost all 22 games and still didn't get fired.

Make sure when you start a new game that you choose Gold Coast. These are the original 2011 lists, I wanted to use the 2012 lists but some of players who were never at Gold Coast have Gold Coasts club id somewhere in their text file so I couldn't be bothered going through all of them seeing who shouldn't be deleted.
