Install a new copy of the game to a different folder (Don't uninstall your current copy), and then copy over the save game (with the master.xml file) and your config folder, any lists you want. Hopefully it will work. If you don't have the disc or download link for the game, I remember pming a guy the link so I can get it for you.

Are you using the original 2011 rosters? Try starting on the original ones and then if that works try the 2012 ones again.

Wow, i have no idea :/ That's never happened to me.

What you can do is go to options -> Game labels and see what GCS is set as, it might be blank causing it to not show up(?)

when installing the game can you choose what folder you want the game to be installed into?

You shouldn't need a new one, just go into your old installed game and copy the config folder over to the new installed game, should work if not, let me know and I can fix it for you.
