That's not too bad; how accurate are the draftee ratings

They are fairly decent. Some errors though. Jake Stringer is rated 80 outside mid, 78 small forward and 75 tall forward. That should be changed to a lower midfield rating and his main position as a tall forward. I've noticed that Oliver Wines is rated 79 with a peak of about 96 however is not in the starting 22. There are a lot of other ratings, but I have played one season. O'Meara is rated about 80 but he isn't doing as good as he is supposed to be. Mainly because he was injured for the 7 weeks of the actual season.

Ah that's alright, worth uploading?

That's really annoying in the game. If you simulate your games and use the "assistant coach" to pick your side each week then Wines won't be in the starting 22. But if you did the teams yourself each week, then have Wines in the side and his developement will be much quicker.

I have done some quick seasons with the Demons and players like Viney and Toumpas aren't in the 22 with "assistant coaches" but once i did my teams the two boys played the remainder of the season averaging 26-30 possessions per game

I wasn't playing as Port, so when I checked how each draftee did at the end of the season, Wines hadn't played any games. I am actaully converting the lists to PC2010 right now and seeing how that goes as the assistant coach selection is different, hopefully Wines appears in the best 22 when I'm not controlling Port.

Which teams are a lot worse/better?

I will post the ladder I had when I get on my other computer. But from what I remember, Richmond finished 3rd or 4th with like 16-17 wins. Essendon was 2nd-3rd. Hawthorn were first, Gold Coast made the finals along with West Coast and Geelong. Geelong were 7th but made the grand final and lost.

Sweet, will you be able to upload the lists?

I have not edited these lists since I have got them. So what I have mentioned in my last few posts is some of the issues with the lists. I will be bumping up the ages to reflect players 2013 ages and editing some of the ratings. Those edited lists will appear on my thread or on here tomorrow.

Pretty good job, from Saints:
  • Jimmy Webster is a small back/midfielder not a key forward.
  • Nathan Wright higher potential
  • Daniel Markworth small forward not tall fwd/back
  • Dylan Roberton higher overall
  • Farren Ray lower
  • Clinton Jones lower

No worries, thanks for that :)

How about adding GWS to game by just adding the players to random teams and then using these lists for the fantasy draft? Does anyone know how to add new players? (Like make a player from scratch and not just edit one).

There is a program a guy made to edit/create players. You can find it here. http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/threa...g-news-12-03-2013.982066/page-3#post-28792138. Make sure to read the instructions and also you should make a backup as it says in the instructions.

I'm definitely open to suggestions as to what needs changing, ratings can reflect personal opinion so it's helpful to hear the views of others :)
Alright I took a look. It basically has the same problems the previous version had.
  • Luke Bruest is a small forward (not outside mid)
  • Xavier Ellis' needs to be lower
  • Kyle Cheney is a small defender (not inside mid)
  • Taylor Duryea is a small defender and needs to be higher than 63, maybe mid 70's (not a small fwd)
  • Isaac Smith's rating is a bit low.
  • Johnathan Simpkin is still listed on the rookie list (as he was in '12 with Geelong) but he is actually on the senior list this year at Hawthorn. There were a few of these types of errors (not sure if you're overly concerned about them) such as Orren Stephenson being on the senior list at Richmond (he's actually on the rookie list). This isn't really a huge issue anyway, just me being pedantic :p
It's just a matter of changing the value of the type of contract from 1 (main list) or 2 (rookie list). I've attached a picture if you're interested.

Over all it looks good, nice work :D
