I have a platinum account (thanks to Chief supporting bf player sponsorships) but this morning the status is gone, and im back to standard with the ads that come with it.

Is this a site issue, or a specific issue with my individual account?

It expires after 12 months. Did you put in for the 2017 sponsorship?
