One inconsistency I've never been able to understand in the rules - when Spargo took that shot earlier and sprayed it, there was a free kick given to him for a late hit which he then had to take from the spot that the infringement occurred, which was outside his distance.

When Bolton was hit late just then, it was downfield to Rioli. There was a much greater advantage in that scenario.

T-Mac is fumbly at the best of times. He's been good today

Yeah to be fair he has been involved and fairly effective with his touches (unlike BBB). We really need a competent marking target though and he's dropped a few sitters and doesn't really look a threat. Gawn has looked our most capable target up forward.

Yeah I keep having him as a fringe player but he's best 22. Wasn't at his best last season so hopefully gets back to 2021 form.
