What if we have a thread where we post training photos and talk about who's in the recovery group and who's "training the house down". Maybe some times and videos too.

Anyway to kick things off I want to wish our 1st - 4th year players all the luck in the world. They're going to need it!!

My educated guess would be that, being the peak of human evolution, he blitzed the 3km and managed to change back into regular clothes before the lads made the first turn.

Theres a video on the EFC facebook page about the time trial today. Watch around the 1.58-2 min mark Langford is starting to fill out very nicely as i expected him to he looked huge up against Ashby.
