Thanks guys to those who went and gave us the story. Sounds a bit more structured and definitely more intense than the last couple of seasons.
Hutch (who has always shown great intensity in early training and nab) hasn't trained for quite a while now, but never gets reported as being injured - Simmo must be saving him for the real deal.

My overall impressions after being at the session is that we are still struggling with the things we struggled with last year, eg forward entries and hitting targets.
There were times in the drills where a player in the clear was still missing targets that were relatively simple 30-40m passes. In the forward drills our players would struggle to identify the correct option and so a high up and under kick was floated in the general direction of a taller player. Our forwards also struggled to get clear. There was a nice block/screen laid at one point but it was not a common occurrence.
It does seem the coaches are aware of our issues as I can hear them giving the players the right kind of instruction, it's just that we're struggling to execute it at the moment. Hopefully, another months worth of efforts will make a difference. We are working very hard though, so it's not a lack of effort from what I can tell..

Sheppard still too scrawny. Lucas will take his position on the main list in 2016
Poor troll. ;)

Lucas is our worst rookie and Sheppard looks in good nick. Powell for the senior list in 2016 after redefining the nature of our game this year.
