And that’s me done for preseason

Probably the best conditioning I’ve seen the squad in since I’ve been attending training.

There’s a bit to look forward to this season albeit we’ll lose more than we win and there’ll be the occasional shellacking when things come completely unstuck

Stay positive, take the good with the bad as the players learn the new game plan and Mini identifies what he has to work with. Some will thrive, others will fall away but one thing I’m sure of is that the effort and desire to compete and improve will be there

Missing: Chesser, Jamieson, Bazzo

That’s a pretty good (albeit young) team.

Mids will get smashed imo, 4th and 5th mid a huge issue. Will be solid enough around the ground and if they can get that many afl listed numbers will be worth a watch

No - doubt there’ll be one given there was no apparent injuries from the weekend

• Sheed did his ACL - that’s just bad luck
• Chesser had complications from his previous ankle injury that needed surgery to clean up - not much can be done about that
• Jamieson still rehabbing from surgery that has perhaps taken longer than expected - he seems to be forever injured and might just be beyond fixing
• Yeo - got his leg caught in a tackle and wrecked his knee AND ankle - impact injury that is hard to avoid
• Bazzo somehow broke his foot - bad luck follows him
