Blake looks Stately.

Not resting on a breakout year D-Mac, going to take his game to another level with this attitude..
Hanna's influence has already raised the bar within the playing group!
Been a Saint for a month or so, but has quickly made his presence felt in a positive boost for the club..
Supporters have found some "hope", & with a revamped Coaching & Development team we just might be next year's surprise packet..

Great that White ran a significant PB (along with Coff and Hunter)

This turns the talk on Whitey 180 degrees, seems he has come back in good shape. This may give him some confidence that he can really attack this pre season. Has the talent and tools IMO. Would love to see him step up!
Im going to take the credit for Brandon's turn around after his last time trial , the spray i gave him worked a treat , In all seriousness its great to see him towards the front of the pack than the back, Good work young man

Just on the time trials and the PB's this is an interesting read from the perspective of someone who actually trains people to run not to play football.

He's basically saying they train exceptionally hard but they aren't being trained to be "runners".

As they get fitter/older, you'd expect all players to begin to understand how to run a time trial more efficiently.

"I think some of the players would benefit from being a fraction more conservative early in the session and ensuring they finish reps three and four just as strong as their first two."

Jokes apart, it genuinely showed how good of a bloke he really is, taking time away from footy to bond with those kids and give them a life time experience, and our players were brilliant to, these sort of stuff really gets me proud and excited.

Remember before you campaigners start jumping on the Dmac bandwagon I’ve been there since he was drafted.

God he’s finally putting it together.
Good result for him, but wait until he actually puts it together on the field.

Surely not having a repeat of last year.
