Hard to believe Sholl didn’t turn up in an important game against a quality opponent. Oh wait, no it’s not.

Hard to believe O’Brien fell over 12 times and displayed the football skills of someone who has literally never played the game in their life. Oh wait, no it’s not.

Hard to believe that Nicks got his pants pulled down in the box by Scott, despite Geelong missing their best player, best 2 defenders and having a midfield that is among the worst in the entire AFL. Oh wait, no it’s not.

A club full of born losers who prefer to sniff their own farts than win a hard ball or do anything that resembles putting together a season worthy of playing finals.

Keep playing the victim card and crying about umpiring. Shit clubs tend not to make their own luck.

The one thing that genuinely floored me was how utterly pathetic the trio of Soligo, Dawson and Crouch were. How we ever got to 30 pts up with these guys standing there watching their opponents waltz around, combined with them ****ing up every single kick they had was baffling beyond belief.

The panic merchants in defence didn’t surprise me at all.

As previously mentioned, anyone surprised by the puke served up by ROB or Sholl just doesn’t watch or understand football.

Sholl is out of form and looks to have somehow gotten smaller. Milera on thin ice. Time to unleash Ryan or Edwards, or even just Dowling on the wing/HBF.

Murray and Rachele can't come back soon enough.

Peatling probably gets a week for a sling tackle. Play Taylor in that role, or bring in Berry/Schoenberg for what might be one of their last cracks at this level.

We are not the finished product and need to realise we are still finishing off a rebuild. Show some faith in the younger players, especially when they are performing at the lower level.

Out: Matthew Nicks
In: Murray Davis
This is the most important decision

Otherwise we are wasting everyone's time.

Nicks is a coaching dud.

Out:
ROB
Scholl
Milera
Laird
Crouch

Maybe not for this week, but by the end of the season if they are all still playing then we are a stupid club.

Scholl has to be dropped. Sorry but he’s done.

ROB should also be, but that would require the club to have any semblance of brains.

If we lose this we aren’t making finals with freo away the following week. Season defining
Nah, the season has already been defined tonight. We are downhill skiers. Nicks is a shit coach. The playing group crumble under genuine pressure.

I’d put my entire house on us missing the 8. But hey, at least we can blame the umps for it and stay in comfy victim mode where we belong.

Surely we need to play Ryan or Edwards? Or has the club decided they are busts?
Being kept out of the side by elite stalwarts and proven winners like Laird, Sholl and Milera. Tough to break in past that sort of match-winning quality.

Side note: not enough people are talking about how shit Worrell has been 3 weeks in a row.

Out: rob, laird, m.crouch, sholl, cummings, worrell, keane, neal-bullen, hinge and maybe keays

In: youth

I write keays because he's not really a crumber when the pressure goes up, always amazed me how much we neglected the crumbing position, geelong seem to understand it, during the ayres years we had none, we then got betts and cameron and now we are back to none with midfield prospects filling the void

Yes with no Murray this was his chance to step up and he's been giving frees and not doing much else.

The problem is we went into the game tonight without a single KPD in the 22, and expected two intercepting third talls in Worrell and Keane to do the job - and in the absence of a winning midfield, they were always going to get done.

One of them has to go for Butts obviously, but let's not hang them from too high a branch given they were set up to fail by the coach.

At least you're not overreacting

Sholl should be an out and Murray needs to be an in, if it.

Could potentially just do that swap, but would require Nankervis to move up to the wing. I like that idea but not sure they will do it, so will be interesting to see who comes out for Murray.
