It’s pointless giving us these at the moment.

I have zero faith in our recruiting and list management team to use them properly.

To burn those 2 we had last year on Stephens and Fisher is another example in a long line.

What we should be granted, is extra soft cap room to go out and get the best recruiters, development coaches and list managers.
