the worst game of the year.

anyway i like to look over the rosters: no kwon alexander or sean lee are amazing oversights in the NFC from the games that ive seen, both should be in ahead of my two panther boys.

Lee and Alexander were never getting in over Wagner and Kuechly so that isn't that surprising imo.

Can't say I've paid much attention to the Titans, but Brian Orakpo's presence surprised me the most

fans are idiots. Lee and Alexander absolutely deserve to be in ahead of Wagner and Kuechly.

wait it went back to NFC V AFC?

Well at least ESPN is showing a skills comp that looks more interesting then any pro bowl game. Then again Preseason week 4 is normally better then the pro bowl.

Its a popularity contest. Game is a farce anyway. Players will come up with all sorts of excuses to avoid going. if they have a pro bowl selection bonus in their contract they wont need to money for playing in the pro bowl.

Especially because it's in Florida this year and not Hawaii, so is no longer an all expenses paid holiday for their family to an (more) exotic location

Fans only account for 1/3rd of the selection weighting.
NFL Coaches and Players make up the majority (2/3rds).

NFL media just pumps up the 'fan vote' stuff for engagement, but make no mistake; the Pro Bowl is largely a peer-selected process.

Yeah, it's gone back to the traditional format, but it's dead in the water. Not including teams from the Super Bowl, too many players pulling out and early voting/closing has cheapened it so much it has no value.

The game itself is dull too. A thought would be to see the NFL expanding the Pro Bowl skills contest to be of some value where the AFC faces off against the NFC in different categories that are worth points and the team with the most points wins (takes home the cash) - but that would probably skew who is voted in.

I don't get how Stafford got overlooked for Prescott. The votes are 1/3 players 1/3 coaches 1/3 public votes, so it's interesting how they've gauged it.

No idea how Reggie Nelson got a spot either. That being said, it was only a few years ago when I would celebrate Nnamdi Asomugha or Shane Lechler making the Pro Bowl, and if I was real lucky, both would get in. Now there are 7 Raiders plus 7 alternates named. What a time to be alive..

With the best o-line, run game, and great receivers, yeah, he's been pretty OK
Still have to hit targets and look at his completion percentage not to mention what he does with his legs under pressure.

He deserves it and don't be so stupid as you troll and fish for bites from Cowboys fans.

lol

I've been blowing his trumpet longer and harder than any Cowboy fan on here. Settle down

Yet he does not deserve the nomination for reasons you mentioned above??

Make your mind up FFS!
