problem with posts?

For some reason when i post it sometimes does not add up in my total post, it comes up in the thread that is fine but does not add up for my total, can anyone explain why this is happening and can a moderator add 60 post that ive probably lost.

A post doesn't get added to your tally, if it's not of a high enough quality.

I think Richmond people get deducted 60 every month

Also, if you post in some of the sub-boards, it doesn't add to your overall post count.
