Ticketmaster has recently changed password requirement to a minimum of 12 digits. I assume most older passwords are not working and hence cannot access the ticket through WCE website - "My Ticket". I had the same problem but have resolved by requesting to reset password through "forget password" .
Once resetting the password to the required 12 digit format., the tickets are now available like before.

Apparently venues in the stadium have different colours.
Bright Lemon and white lettering is City View Cafe.
Anyone having trouble accessing their tickets for this weeks game on the app?

Emailed the club and received a pretty prompt response saying QR codes will appear sometime today.
I suppose better late than never.

I don't understand why they sent an email out on the Monday saying the tickets were now available
when they wont be available until 4:10pm today.
Finally sorted the app out. I got sick of it weeks ago and uninstalled it and have been accessing my tickets via the website.
reinstalled it today, still f#*ked, could log on to the app but couldn't access my tickets.
I went into the app settings and changed the browser from Firefox to Google and viola, my tickets were just sitting there laughing at me.

I cant get Jack, tickets showing in WCE account, nothing on ticketmaster app or online, not even old tickets for the last 2 years, history starts 2023!
Worked fine for the first 2 games.
EDIT - deleted WCE app and re-installed - all present and correct now, had previously done that with Ticketmaster to no avail.

It’s a f*** nightmare. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. We have 60m in the bank and can’t issue cards!

I deleted and re-installed the WCE app. No change, no tickets.
I then logged out of the new app, then logged back in again. It seemed to take a bit longer to reconnect, but the tickets finally appeared.
Lol I didn't want to be the first to bring it up but yes I think this thread has a minimum age requirement
Is there a reason print out tickets are not an option anymore? Other events I attend have the option. I haven't been to an AFL match since 2019 and round 8 will be my first in six years.
