Does anyone know who we are looking at and does anyone know any rumours?

You would think that we are set to take a player that missed out on the draft, not a former AFL listed player. The only player at the moment we are considering that used to be on a list, is Ryley Dunn from Freo.
Im expecting Richmond's candidates to be Gourdis, Bellchambers, Arrowsmith, Collard and Guy 'the hack' Richards. Very interesting Psd and as long as we dont go for another washed up hack like we seem to do in every draft, i'll be happy .

I'm not very happy with Wayne Hughes selections pick 36 and 46. We lost Jk and Red and at least one with one of those picks should have drafted the best KPP available. Lets hope in the pre season or rookie draft they draft Gourdis or Gaertner

Im still hoping for us to pull a rabbit out of the hat. im heaps happy richmond didn't take Richards in the national draft as hopefully they're gonna commit to him now (Do Richmond have 1 or 2 PSD picks?) and then we can go after somebody decent. if that falls through though i'd want either Bellchambers or Gourdis. I'm stumped as to why Gourdis fell so far, if he has off-field problems i don't want him. and although we already got a ruckman this draft, i still think geting Bellchambers would be good value. the way i see it, neither Cloke or Ackland or Jacobs will ever make it as quality rucks, so we have 3 potential good ruckmen (kreuzer, hampson and aisake), so if Bellchambers is the best talent on offer, it wouldn't hurt picking him up

We had something like 19 of our players last year 190cm or taller, the tallest list in the competition. Watching the Bullants and seeing McLaren having to play as a fourth tall or back flanker was very sad.

It needed a rebalancing and weve still picked up Kreuzer - so one tall, one elite mid and three other mids / defenders.

Bag the decisions by all means but our list was out of whack with what we needed to do. We lost 2 marking forwards (I dont think Whitnall has been a KPP forward for years) but we needed to stock up.

How many games did we play last year without Kennedy, and still picked massive scores?

He played 13 games for 6 goals 5 points and whilst other factors need to be considered, such as tackling, marking, hit outs etc, plus future development, we still managed to kick winning scores.

It was a hard sacrifice and will be a debate forever.

The club needs to consider a set up next year of Fevola, Fisher, Waite or Hartlett, maybe a Edwards or Saddington for now. And then mix in Betts, Houla, Murphy, Gibbs etc as small forwards.

Options are there for now.
