I wouldn't be overly against Adcock. Probably has a good 2-3 years easy left in him. Chuck him at half back for leadership every now and then but play him mainly at half forward. Seems a good bloke off the field too.

Ahh the memories....thanks Dramoth, just perked me up by jolting my childhood memories. My dad played for Mernda in the late 60's to early 70's and as a little tacker, I was a permanent fixture at their games, training and at the Mernda pub for my big glass of sarsaparilla afterwards. Also had a hernia operation in Panch when I was about 8 years old.....I am now 53.

First game Mernda at Mernda. Played forward kicked a couple.

Got bad memories (apart from meeting Doc Reid there) of Panch... mum was rushed there after collapsing in our hallway on Miller St... best thing was that because of the ambo in front of us, we drove over the hump to get to Panch quicker.

ZoB averaged over 30 touches per game in the neafl. Fits the3 age profile. More I think of it, the more he looks a good chance. At worst would provide good competition in the 2nds.

Would we be a chance to pick up a couple 9f these guys? More than happy to grab adcock as well. Having some depth and extra leadership would be helpful. Kicked 4 against the dogs. Could be a helpful forward next year, and then be quite useful in our 2nds the next couple years.

Only picked up as a rookie would suggest he has some serious flaws, being booted after one year would also suggest he doesn't work hard enough.

This is a total rebuilding exercise and people on here have stated that one of the areas that needs to be addressed is to have a strong and competitive Northern Bullants team.

I'm not saying we waste our 1st PSD pick just for a 2nds player but certainly need to build some depth and competition even at that level.

Thats sort of what I was thinking really... suggests that he is nothing more than a list clogger.
