Seems we got Kerridge, Wright and Pick 28 for Menzel.

Was just watching a highlight reel for another player and twice I saw Callum Moore take exceptional one handed intercept marks in the backline like they were nothing. Great mark. Match that with his forward play, solid tank for midfield possibility and this kid is a serious project to look at. Vic kid too.

Can't leave O'Kearney off either. Just needs to bulk up. Report 2 years ago touted him as a probable (not possible) Top 10 pick. The kid has natural mid skills.

Ok... with the picking up of Wright... according to the Blues FB account, we have now filled 12 spots on the list. We now have 3 more spots to fill.

I am hopeful (but not confident) that we'll bring Holman back to the club via the rookie draft.

Thought he showed some good signs last year and we could certainly do worse.

I liked his feistiness and effort last year.

However he was delisted for a reason and in the training pics he looks in poor physical shape relative to the other players.

Looks like he has spent more time in the pub and TAB than the gym.

Either the club is giving him a big, big warning or he is now surplus to requirements.

I don't understand why we would pass on the preseason draft? We could have had the first pick in the preseason (the only pick) than the first pick in the rookie draft and got the best 2 player available and had a list of 40/4/2 instead of 39/5/2. Does anyone know why?

His disposal is horrendous, but he's tall and an athletic rebounding type.

He's Steven Gaetner MKII but hopefully with a bigger heart and more desire.
