Did anyone watch it? If so what did you think?

I thought it was OK for the first show but Kekovich looked like he was reading from a script when he was the 'Skycam' (he put his reading glasses on!) and whenever Rugby League/Union was discussed it looked like he was reading off a cue card! Russell Barwick was OK certainly not as abrasive as Tony Kornheiser but both need to get it a bit tighter, I'm sure that will come in time. Dan Ginnane was OK as 'stat boy'. A decent start, time will tell if they can improve it.

I saw about 15 minutes of it.

Tip.
The two protagonasists need to know all the sports they are talking about. Its not good enough for Sam Kekovich to just be ignorant about both League and Union and think its funny.

Its not.

Surely, there are people in Australia who have a good working knowledge of all the football codes and world sports in general and are prepared to have an opinion.

I reckon I could do it for a start !!!!

I concur with the above. The show wasn't too bad in parts but could've been much better if they had indepth and relevant opinions on all topics discussed, not just the sports they specialised in.

Will need to get alot better quickly though.

When was it on? I had heard they were doing an Australian version but didn't know when it was going to be on.

It was on at 11.30pm last night, Lethal. Quick look at the program list tonight shows it at the same time again.

I don't think it will ever be as good as the American version, as much as I can't stand Tony Kornholer, his over-the-top opinionated rants at the other co-hosts, (they had few different ones lately, what happened to Wilbon, was he having a break?) makes the show.

Quick edit, the US version is back on tonight. Is the Oz show only happening once a week or something??

i saw the 2nd ep tonight - and they read out one of the angry emails about how bad the show was - my biggest complaint is that when the bell goes - they keep going sometimes upwards of 30 seconds. i'm sorry but it defeats the purpose of having things timed if you keep going and going - with stuff that often doesn't need to be said.
