That's great. If I had the energy I'd ask do you know where the pork the posters are discussing in this thread is sourced from, but I don't. I agree organic meat tastes better.

I eat it with gravy in a roll mainly.

Have had to pay too much for it at an American BBQ style restaurant. It wasn't bad though. Had some sort of spicy BBQ sauce in the burger.

Yeah am a fan. For thkse lazy cooks out there like me, the bbq chilli slow cook pork shoulder from coles is a real winner. Yum.

Good pulled pork is one of the nicest foods you will have.

I had it in bucket loads when I was in the US last year.

Pulled pork was all my mate would talk about when he came home from his trip to the US earlier this year.

And also fried chicken and biscuits.
