Does anyone have this file on their harddrive or does anyone know where I can find this file as for some reason I need it to start certain programs.

Never heard of it, sorry... (and google hasn't either, which frightens me).
If some apps are having problems starting, try reinstalling them from scratch, see if that installs the correct files etc

Everything. As in games, work programs...the lot.
Basically any program that requires the screen to be taken away from the normal windows screen.
I looked on www.dll-files.com but it wasnt there and yeah I searched on my harddrive to see if it was there but it wasn't.
It's Reformat time for MR.BAD-HDD it seems. 
I recommend you back up all the files you need on CD-R/RW or onto a Zip disk, then give the Hard Drive a good old reformat.

I don't have a burner or a zip drive and the CD ROM is ****ing stuck!

Whats Pro AFL is it a game??
that pwreg file seems to be a real mystery, can't find it anywhere on the web, not even at dll sites which specialise in storing dll files on their servers for people that are missing them. weird.

Appartently its draft recruiting software, don't know if its for real or a game, but I suspect it may be for real-life, all there other products seem to be anaylsis type software. But that site only has an upgrade page, don't know where you get the orginal software, can you shed any light on this Hoggy? Also, is this were your pwreg.dll problem orginated??? Perhaps you should email the software company for Pro AFL and query them about the pwreg.dll file.
I assume you still have the AFL Pro cd, or installation files.
Try searching through the zip files for pwreg or pwreg.dl_ could be on there somewhere.
I've looked through the 98SE installation files for it, even in the CAB's and it's not coming up. Nor in XP. I doubt it's a windows file, as most DLL's that come with windows are well written about.

Hoggy, I've got the file and i've just uploaded it to my server so you can download it!
When you do get it, Make sure you unzip it to the system32 folder or else it wont be recognised by your system! (ie: C:/WINDOWS/system32)

NOTE: You may just need to try uninstalling the Pro AFL software and then reinstall it again. That can also sometimes work! IF it doesn't work, then D/L the above file!

CJ, you are a champ I am downloading it right now champ.
Firstly I downloaded that file because I actually wanted to know what the hell it is! But I also get the same warning prompt when I turn on the computer.
