Correct me here but I was of the understanding that Pyke was contracted till the end of 2021 on a large annual salary in the vicinity of $1.2 mill per annum.

Now if he did resign from the job he would be leaving around $2.5mill on the table …………… no-one in their right mind would ever do such a thing.

Therefore, it is not unreasonable to assume that some indepth discussions took place for some time behind closed doors before this "sudden" change of heart.

You'd be surprised to know that people talk, and it was mentioned a week or so back that it had to do with Dunstall being employed by another club.

Interestingly timeline you guys have had, Everything was going really well under Pyke after the tradegy up until that Grand final slip and then everything you threw at fixing the solution seemed to backfire. Lets hope some fresh air gets you back in the game but as an outsider I'm a bit suss on Burtons position and some of the things he's said, ie the camp pressers while Pykee was looking a bit dear in the headlights etc.
