i got no response and thought oh well worth a try, but and this morning i got this...

One of the key points of difference was that while Gleeson argued the best evidence was the normal-speed footage, defence counsel Paul Fitzpatrick countered that time-lapse photographs were more pertinent because he said they showed Lynch was focused on taking the mark and that McMahon's mark was simultaneous to the impact from Lynch, rather than afterwards.
