yep 1-3 weeks, months, years? good luck saints fans
A reported minor strain and estimated 2 week injury will be 13 weeks by the start of the season. Buckley made mention on AFL 360 at the conclusion of last season that Freemans problems will follow him. I would love to know the extent of his hamstring issues and what Collingwood think/know to be fact.

Freeman for 1/2 of Aisho is looking a better and better deal all he time, even though Aisho hasn't played a game for us.

Imagine the outrage on this board if Freeman had stayed with us and still hadn't overcome the hammy injuries. Delorean would be strung up by his clackers.
You mean strung by his clokers

No chance. He'll pop his ugly face in here soon enough. I avoided tagging him in the quote I did specifically so he wouldn't grace us with his unwanted presence.
Don't tag trouble into these threads!!!

IIRC, this poster won't be on our board again.

It's funny going on the Saints board atm. There's one or two who have already spotted the pattern of '2 weeks away' for months on end which we all became familiar with, and they're being howled down by the rest who legit think that Collingwood simply tried to rush him back too fast, and that he wasn't fit enough when he was with us. So many lols to be had :D

Looks like they deleted it all. :(

I like that Kappa did the OP, did a good job of acting disappointed for them. :p

I have to head there now.
Just a had a delicious beverage (to quote jules from pulp fiction) of bourbon and dry.
Better not post there, could get a ban.
Then I'd have to return to life pre big footy....

I'd like to know where they get this idea we rushed him back. What a load of shit. Is their idea of not rushing him back never playing him at all?
Apparently playing him in a NAB game after 12 months on the sidelines was rushing him, despite the club pulling the pin early on him in 2014 in preparation for 2015 when he wanted to play late in the year.

It's a load of garbage that the saints faithful are lapping up because they:
a) desperately want Freeman to not be cooked.
b) want to believe their medical department is better than Collingwoods despite clearly lacking the pies resources.

Minnows. They bought a lemon, it will sink in slowly but surely. I'm just glad it's not our problem anymore, we have Aish now. :)

What other teams?

It is the typical "If live gives you lemons, throw them at someone." reaction. Just let it sink in with them for awhile. Their delusion is their own worst enemy. Around the mid season break , after a carefully managed qtr in the VFL, then it is time to visit their board and behold how the seeds of doubt have blossomed into the fields of despair.

Yeah, I guess.
But with his history... I am starting to feel vaguely sorry for him now.
I feel sorry for him if he believed that Collingwood was not doing everything in its power to get his body right.
I am confident that he will play some senior football but I don't think he will play at the level they think/hope he can.
