Pressure building on the cats to knock off a decent side. Wouldn’t want to get the tag of flat trackers
Don't think it matters too much - they only have to be knocking top sides off in finals. their percentage should see them hang on to 3rd position.
Far too good in the middle and our run off half back was very good again. As strong a team as we have fielded for a while. Should have won by a lot more in reality.
Huge comeback from Siders - massive belief for them now going forward.

We will know a fair bit more this Sat.

2 v 3 and 4 v 5 playing each other, shapes as a big round.

Super your D’s were terrific on Sat, agree should have been a bigger margin.

A healthy % assists but Dezario makes a reasonable point. The Cats have whacked the lower placed teams but come up short against the better teams. If we don’t beat morningside Saturday at home we don’t deserve to be top 3.

Tigers losing Sat probably makes it hard for them but still interest in the double chance

Yes we are struggling when it comes to playing the top 3 sides ,,, we do not handle defensive pressure well , which these top 3 sides apply ,,, we look good against lesser quality teams with our run and handball game but against the better sides defensive pressure we loose the pill and turnover occurs ...

Does everyone think that Palmy are over the line for 3 Peat this year? Where is Jack Anthony at?

Him missing is the only possible chance of them falling at last hurdle for mine.

Your never over the line in round 15. Long way to go. We all thought the same with Labrador in 2017. Undefeated all home and away rounds...

But this palmy side is much better than that Labrador side in my opinion

Rumours salary cap issues at At gc club. Blokes being paid under the table? They may be undefeated...

was always going to happen. Thats why the points cap is so important, even if it seems 'optional' for one club

Salary caps are too hard to police whereas the point system cannot be manipulated.
Let clubs spend what they can aslong as it’s with in the allocated game day points.

Although the facilities should be a certain standard before clubs are allowed to splash their cash around.

Labrador for example, for what was rumoured they were paying Barry Hall they could’ve spent it on upgrading the visitors changerooms which are well below State league standard.

Nice attempt to deflect from your team there Gazzaa. No one is believing that one.

Well in saying that who is going to beat them!!!
There clearly in a league of there own
And are a good 7 goals ahead of any
Side in the five on there day

Surfers could if all things went well and Palm Beach ain’t immune to having an off game.

Come Grand Final day your a 50% chance of winning regardless of what happened results wise during the season

Think Siders by 6 goals. Broady may only win one more match - tough few games to finish + bye.
Palmy by 43
Maggies by 2 points
Surfers by 39 points - must win to have any hope of top 3 finish.

Not sure I agree - favourites win a lot more than 50% of the time.
Reckon Palmy would beat everyone else 90% of the time. One team will dream of the 10% chance ;)

Statistics state if 2 teams are in an event the % of winning is 50.

Surfers know they can’t beat Palmy where as other teams hope they can beat Palmy.

Cats by 1
Lions by 20
Dees by 35
Magpies by 12

Dees by only 35pts?

Any loss under 15gls will be a win for Sandgate, Green due for a big bag of goals.

Cats or panthers to win by atleast 4, can’t see it being a close game.

Lions to flex it muscles and win by 50+

Magpies at home by 40+

Green brothers not playing

and statistics do not state 50/50 Ablett - Broady have lost 8 out of their last 10 games to Palmy - so statistically they have a 20% chance!!
