Both videos appear to have been removed by Facebook.
New Agers are getting swept up in what is (at its core) a far right wing conspiracy.
It's utterly bonkers.

Do you approve this proposed alteration?
Which is ignoring the fact that local governments (Mayors, Shires etc) existed well before Federation, were in existence in the time of Federation, and it's always been recognised that States can delegate authority to Local Governments to perform duties enacted by State parliaments via State legislation (although those local governments lack Legislative powers themselves, with the State or Federal governments having that power).
States pass the Local Government Act (which they can) granting Local Governments executive functions in performing acts under other State Laws (Dangerous Dogs Act, Land Titles Act, EPA Act, Health and Safety Acts, Rates etc)
The amendment simply wanted to acknowledge those Local Governments, and potentially grant them limited legislative function, which they technically already exercise by way of Council By laws (permitted under the Local Government Act).
TL;DR Wayne is getting in s**t from his local Council and is raving about s**t he knows nothing about.
How come King Leonard of the Hutt River Province was able to get away with his tax-avoidance monkeyshines for so long? I realise the Province went ****-up earlier this year, but it had been holding firm since the 1970's...

He probably doesn't own the land (it's owned by a Trust or similar). That might slow it down some.
It took Geraldton over 15 years, 7 Supreme Court decisions, 3 appeals for leave to the High Court, and 2 Vexatious litigant orders before they finally took Waynes land off him and sold it.
His claim is insane. He's been arguing that because we (in WA) changed the terminology from 'the Monarch' to 'the Governor' (who is, and always has been the Monarchs representative) and from 'the Crown' to 'the State' in a 2003 Act of WA Parliament, that this abolished both positions (unlawfully; due to WA Constitutional provisions) and he thus has no obligation for follow the Law.
Among many (many) other batshit crazy submissions.
