No surprise that Billy and Darcy dominated in a game where our mids had them panicking and dump kicking it. If we can do that to the better midfields we'll win the thing, but Brisbane's mids aren't going to panic like that as often.

Degoey back is huge. Just cannot underestimate that. Long playing one of his best to. Add to that Mccreery and Schultz getting continuity together after missing a lot of footy. That’s a huge improvement for our game style. A winning/break even midfield and pressure.

Cox did help with how we play. It must be said.

Howe will play. I’m confident. I’m resigned to Bobby being done for the season. The commentary from the club isn’t giving me strong vibes he’s in contention at all.

Cox changes our entry set up. We bombed it and he brought it to ground. Our smalls did the rest. Membrey did some very good bullocking work around the ground and Checkers was good but for his inaccuracy. I am more than happy with the set up.
