And it's about time the club showed some gonads in doing so. Clearly a huge majority of Crows supporters have had enough. As soon as the club vehemently defended Rankine, this was an inevitable reaction from the crowd.

How do these semi finals usually pan out after a loss by a top 4 side, they usually win and win well then fall over in the prelim. The next game is going to be interesting. There will be alot seeking redemption. Fogarty, Soligo, Peatling, Cumming, Hinge, Berry, Keays, Taylor.
Given how he was tracking last year, I’d say he’s been our most disappointing player. I reckon this might be his ceilings. Lacks a bit of class.Soligo needs to go away this off season and think long and hard about whether he wants to be a top line midfielder, or one of the lads, because after this disappointing campaign his career is at the crossroads
So for our supporters, ‘Mac Andrew was caught being a continuous dickhead to Thilthorpe’ (which I’d wholeheartedly boo Mac for) is on the same level as ‘Quaynor apparently sledged Rankine on a non-personal level, which caused Izak to say a homophobic slur’?

We have to back it up with top 4 after top 4 after top 4 finishes, something the club has never managedNicks has A LOT to work on after last night, but the Fagan one is an interesting comparison, as it took him a long time to get the Lions to being good finals performers once they made it there.
But we wouldn't have Keane without that.Mcasey over serong is the one
Why didn’t it happen in the Brisbane vs Hawthorn game?Opposition player targets Adelaide Crows player.
Oh for god sake what a load of horse shit. The crowd booed when they ran out, they booed when Collingwood chanted, they booed when Houston got the ball, when Frampton got the ball, when Maynard got the ball. Stop following the media circus in making it an issue, because it's not.
Houston = KOd Rankine last year and seemingly made some gross remarks about it recently.
Frampton = former Crows player.
Maynard = known grub as shown by his antics post-siren.
So why was Quaynor booed? What’s he ever done to upset Crows fans? The answer seems pretty clear.
I love how the anti-woke folk see WOKE as a bad thing and use it as an insult. It was a shitty look to boo a player who wasn’t offended by what Rankine said nor the one who reported it according to what has been said. He also happens to be indigenous. Houston was the instigator of the targeted attack on Rankine and while he got booed, it wasn’t as loud or as sustained as Quaynor. It was a shitty look. Sidebottom didn’t get booed at all… why? Wasn’t he the one who intimidated Rankine?
Why didn’t it happen in the Brisbane vs Hawthorn game?
And before you say ‘Rankine was provoked’: why tf did he say that word in the first place?
An opposition player targeting another player in that game (which I’m sure did happen, in fact I’m sure will happen in many finals this year, and in past years ), provoking those wordsWhy didn't what happen.
Cause he is an idiot that made a mistake. The same mistake Alistair Clarkson made 15 months prior and got a suspended sentence for.

Yeah I know they're only stats, but complaints about the midfield performance perhaps aren't so warranted.
Looks pretty even slightly in our favour. One of the few times you can say that about the Crows.

There's a difference between booing Houston and Frampton, who were booed the last time we played them to the booing of Quaynor. He wasn't booed the last time we played them, why was he this time?? Pretty obvious isn't it. Anyone who was at the ground and booed Quaynor, who was the victim of a homophobic slur, is a disgrace. Rankine is the one who ****ed his season, not Quaynor. Would they also boo Robbie Young for being the victim of Tex's racial slur? I've never been more embarrassed to be a crows fan than last night. I am more devastated by the behavioir of our fans than the performance, which was also a disgrace. The '19th man' certainly did their bit to galvanise the Collingwood players last night.Oh for god sake what a load of horse shit. We kicked it down Moore's throat because of the way we were set up ahead of the ball. It's as much on the coaching staff as anyone. Collingwood always had a spare unregistered dog roaming our forward line. You’re correct in that stats don’t tell the story. Their mids consistently found open players to set up uncontested chains which led to scores. Ours consistently kicked it down Moore and his mates throats.
We were competitive in the contest, but were completely out coached and out classed.
Oh please.Ugly: The crowd. Booing Quaynor? WHY. flipping ridiculous. If you were one of those people take a good, long, hard look at yourself please.
The frustration is that we've had the entire season to try and develop alternative midfield options - and we've refused to do so, so we're left with no choice.
It was ****ing obvious all season, it was always going to come back to bite us - and it has been magnified hugely by the loss of Rash and Ranks.
A pro-active, strategically minded coach would've tried to find more quality midfielders on our list, instead of giving Murphy, Smith, Schoenberg etc random games throughout the year.

Us arguing that there were mitigating circumstances, that Rankine was targeted, the KO from Houston last year was referenced etc
The club tried to help their player. Defended him, pointed out that he was targeted by Collingwood players. Fans followed suit.
Shaved a week off the suspension but this was the cost. Going to have to ride it out, cop the negative reflection on the club and fans.
