Surely if there was any doubt, headquarters would just request a copy of the team sheets to put the matter to bed! It would be a shame if they have miscalculated as they have had a strong start to the season. It would be very difficult to make up the points they would surely lose if they were over the limit!

Good pick up, the7thranger. The last two rounds they've only had 21 names listed on SportsTG. If you "can't" do it, then why is it happening?

When I put our team in it won’t let us save the team unless I have 22 players locked in so not sure. But they had 1&2 points spare so not like they have max points and listed 21.

Certainly didn't mean to open pandora's box. Stillgotit could be onto something here though regarding something of that nature which could in turn create a technical glitch. I would suggest the software would be sensitive and team managers i'm sure would be putting pen all over the team sheet to ensure everything would fit in terms of player allocation points. I'd suggest probably no wrong doing as HQ are across most things seemingly and they'd receive the team sheet on a weekly basis i'd assume?
That is valid for sure. Possibly unsure about which 1 point player to bring up to fill their team allocation on a given day based on conditions, opposition etc?

Hey GK11. Any truth in the rumour that Park Ridge have asked you for players this week given you have the bye in Div 1? If so I gather these are to top up their reserves because they are short and not repeating the Mt Gravatt bye episode where they were playing in the ones to strengthen their team which in my opinion compromises the whole competition

Kedron to def Yeronga by 1 point (heart over head - but taking nothing away from Yeronga who have started well this year)
Moorooka to def Jindalee by 10 points
Moreton to def Hinterland by 24 points (match of the round for mine - Hinterland nabbed them last year and I am sure they will give them a run for their money)
Wynnum to def Park Ridge by 40 points
Pine to def Redcliffe by 15 points
Sandgate to def Ipswich by 48 points

They did have 4 emergencies listed and they all played reserves in lead to believe. Then we’re removed Monday
Yes they need some 2s players no one was asked to play seniors, We are sending a few to play seniors at Moorooka. We are happy to help out all clubs.

Interesting to see the SQ squad get announced today/tonight a few handy names in there, any hard luck stories from around the league? Hivvy from yeronga would have to be considered unlucky as would perry-warren from Kedron who has been great in a losing side...
Was watching some of the twos a few weeks ago at yeronga and they look to have some decent young talent pushing through number 6 Ranke I think his name was showed some class and is surely only a few weeks away from a senior call up

There’s no bye in the is division on that weekend. So you’re losing players if they play!
Yep thats fair too but all the same bit of a buzz for your players, especially heading to cairns this year. Saying this who knows how many will get in from each group with about 30 clubs on the roll call.
