hey guys did a parlay formula one bet today

R4-1,2
R6-1
R7-9
R8-1,4
R9-1,2,3,5,6,7,8,9,10

for $5, total cost was $75 and it paid $48, can anybody explain how???

thanks

Im guessing it was flexi bet and you dint actually cover the cost of the ticket so it payed you the percentage of which you had on...

nar it wasnt a flexi, least i dont think it was, didnt give any % on the ticket, i was just glad to get something back, not sure how it worked though.

You have $5.00 on each horse as that is what a parlay one is. If you add the prices of the winners you had it will equal $48.00.

In other words you have had
2 $5.00 bets on the horses you have mentioned in races 4 & 8
1 $5.00 bet on the horses you have mentioned in races 6 & 7
9 $5.00 bets on the horses you have mentioned in race 9.
in total you have 15 $5.00 win bets all together. There is no multiplier as you only had a formula 1 parlay.

I hope this makes sense!!

yep i get it now, thanks champ, if i did a formula 2 or 3 would it be times the winners 2 or 3 times?

yep, but your costs would go through the roof. A formula 2 for the bets you had yesterday would have cost you $335 (for a $5.00 unit) if my maths is any good, the formula three would have been huge.

If you have an online TAB account you could enter the bets in again and see what the costs would have been for formula 2 and formula 3.
