I think there were a few different manufacturers.Mero what company made lace up jumpers?

He was number 36 and never played for Fitzroy.
In fact, he never even played against them in the seniors.
here's the Footy Record from his finals appearance.

Why act condescending to people that are helping you?Thankyou Mero, if you take the time to read the thread you will understand what your talking about.
Obviously not, or you wouldn't have come here.I too can surf google for player stats and numbers.
Oh, sorry, that's a mis-understanding on my part.Thankyou Mero, if you take the time to read the thread you will understand what your talking about.
Chris Elliott is my uncle who owns the Russ Hodges jumper. Take and read and it will all make sense to you, I too can surf google for player stats and numbers.

Get some respect, mate. No one talks to Mero like that. I gave you your answer in one thread (I can't remember which one it was as you posted it in a few threads). If you want to keep talking to Mero like that, then piss off. Thanks again Mero, I think I know who my uncle is and who he played for. Appreciate you trying to tell me that I'm wrong though. If my post didn't make sense then I'd appreciate you asking me to clarify, not trying to act like a know all.
Of course he wants to know how much he can get for it, it's sat in a bag in a draw for over 20 years and he's moving into a home. I thought I made that clear when I said "how much is it worth" in the beginning.

hahah I'm not lying. That is an extremely rare jumper. Suit yourself if you want unders for it.$250 as posted by one member appears to be a ridiculous figure so I've since learnt.
Ease up. Everyone can believe what they want to believe. Mero is almost certainly correct, and Greg Elliot can choose whether or not he accepts Mero's opinion.Get some respect, mate. Sorry, he's just getting on my nerves...Ease up. Everyone can believe what they want to believe. Mero is almost certainly correct, and Greg Elliot can choose whether or not he accepts Mero's opinion.
I gave him my opinion on what I thought the jumper would sell for, then I get no response for days, and then I come on here and criticizes Mero for some research he did for him, and then calls the figure that I gave him ridiculous.OhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhI would assume he means $250 is much too low.
When you look at some of the prices achieved on ebay over the past 12 months that Fitzroy jumper could sell anywhere between $250 and $1,000. I supose it just depends which bidders are looking at it at the time of the action. Leski is as "hit and miss". Having been to quite a few Leski auctions over the past 10 years good dollars are usually only achieved if the items belonged to noteworthy players and not neccarilly if the item itself was a rarity. In this instance if the jumper had belonged to say Kevin Murray than you could expect to achieve a good result. But in reality who/was Hodges???
