Hmmm, I just think you seem a little Australia and Footy centric when it comes to these debates. I'd much rather read through a good thread about soccer kits than a thread with 2 posts about footy. Don't get me wrong, I love footy, but there are other sports I and a lot of other people want to talk about sometimes. I think SA is right in the fact that you need to think about things a bit deeper and in different ways. I like a majority of your posts but just because people are talking about things you don't like they have to go off somewhere else and do it. It's like saying immigrants should stop playing soccer and start playing footy if they come here and go somewhere else if they want to play soccer.

Wow, people are really misinterpreting this and blowing it out of proportion. Wasn't anything more than a brief half-hearted suggestion. I like that they're posted on here I just think that maybe they're a little offtopic. It's not right to have them take over the footy side of things in a footy board on a footy side, which is just the way I can see it eventually going. There's NBA and EPL sites which would have plenty more detail and topics to discuss these on whereas as far as I'm aware there's nowhere else really like this to post about footy guernseys. As I've said, I still read and post in most of these threads (and would if they moved too) I just don't enjoy them as much or think they are as relevant. I've seen similar slightly offtopic threads on other boards, hence why I suggested it. I still love cricket and don't mind a bit of anything else (but soccer) but footy's my main love and I think would be the same for almost everyone else here. I respect that the suggestion has now been rejected and I really don't have much of a problem with that (which I think is quite open-minded ;)).

this forum section was never going to be the same once it got moved from footy jumpers & photoshops to footy graphic design.

stuff graphic design imo... go draw pictures of stuff that will never happen why do you guys waste your time?? u could all be spending ur time better studying for your year 12 exams.

the collections are the main part i come on here because without them u would not be able to draw pictures that never happen...

who came up with the grand plan to chage the name anyway?

Does anyone know if it's possible to wrap text around a circle logo (without using PS)?

For example:

Did you 'better studying' for your exams, mate? Take your own advice and don't dole it out.

LC did it in the darwin crocodiles thread.

There's a bit of a guide using word and paint in there.

Sorry SA but WCE's sentence wasn't in error any more than a lack of capitals and a bit of SMS-speak. Add in a comma:

"You could all be spending your time better, studying for your Year 12 exams."

Or rearrange it:

"You could all be better spending your time studying for your Year 12 exams."

This is how I did my AFL Rebooted logo

I did it on word. Firstly, make a textbox. Then type in the text in this case Northern Territory. Highlight the text and go into 'Drawing Tools'. There is a button labelled Text effects. Click on it and go down to 'Transform' and click on the semi-circle. Adjust the size of the circle and text size to fit the shape.

Then I pasted in into a blank paint file and copied it back onto word and simplified it.

BTW did it work for you Jethro???

What version of word are you using?

Hmm, I'm using 2010 and it's pretty easy on that. Probably best LC answer this question.

I don't think so Gibbsy. I usually only need to use those ones anyway. There's a lot more flexibility, which helps.
