I admit if a girl is pretty etc i would notice, but if i am not single i wouldn't notice to the point that i would want to 'be with them' in that sense. Even if i was single i might stare, but no sleaze woud be involved. I am one to admire beauty but to know my boundaries. :P

This thread stirs up memories of a Venturer camp I went on.

On the way up to our campsite, the boys in the car I was in decided to wolf-whistle and shout obscene comments at any women we passed. One of my mates decided "this is a bit of fun, I might try it myself", so he stuck his head out of the car window and yelled out a certain crude comment at a couple of women on the foorpath near our car, only to be informed that we wouldn't be driving past these women quite as quickly as he thought we would, due to a certain traffic light being red! D'oh!

That particular phrase became a big joke in our Venturer Unit for quite some time afterwards, but for a totally different reason than it's initial purpose!

I have just been for a walk and am disgusted with the men of Australia :mad: Can a girl not walk around in skimpy things on a hot day without this sort of unwanted attention. I have news for the men IT IS SUMMER and i refuse to wear a long peasant skirt covering my legs and arse on this nice day but if men don't stop this i think all the chicks should start wearing tracksuits in summer till men treat women with more respect!

Well if females are going to wear next to nothing they are going to have to put up with consequences.

Makes me laugh when females start with "I was walking down the street and this group of guys started whistling..he he he ok I was wearing hip hugging pants"

Yes . . . just not very classy ones, mind you (not that it matters when you're being driven around in a mini-bus, and therefore being unaccountable for your actions). Needless to say, she had the 'goods', and was willing to display them (for whatever reason!).

Funnily enough, we actually visited another school on that excursion, and there were a few nice looking chicks, who all seemed pretty interested in this Geography class which had travelled from the Eastern Suburbs, which consisted of 95% male students!

Actually though, the southern areas of Melbourne (not as far down as Frankston mind you), have some pretty nice looking girls, from a few experiences that I've had.

I've known a few cuties from the Chelsea, Edithvale and Aspendale areas.
 
If ones boobs are hanging out, then its fair game as far as i am concerned. We all know what men are like, have been like for all time, why should we be suprised when they are crude to us?

I dont see the point in guys saying 'show us ya ****'. Doesnt do anything except make you look like a dumb ****er.

Just gotta face the fact that some guys are just morons.
