I have received my copy of the results but receipts from football ops (15m approx) is all that is stated. What I wanted was a break down of this figure so we can compare with other clubs for revenue. Things like gross membership revenue etc is what I wanted to know. Maybe also a figure like total FD spend?

Thanks in advance.
Since your online RFC_Official I thought i'd bump this.

Thanks.

Hey RFC_Official just thought I'd let you know that both my membership packs arrived last night. The black plastic clip on the lanyard seemed faulty of both of them. Once clipped in, it would not hold. No biggie as I removed them and just used the metal clip but just letting you know as it might be a supplier issue and we have a faulty batch.

Cheers

Hey RFC_Official

When i log in to my member account it wants to invoice me to renew a member ship i use to buy. I changed and upgraded my membership already paid for etc....so I just don't get why it's got that in there.

Should i call up the member department and have it removed or will it go away eventually?

Yep, best to call 1300 RICHMOND and they can sort it out over the phone for you.

Hey RFC_Official, Any reason the club seems to have moved away from putting Membership Slogs on the Stickers/Scarves.

In 2012 we had a 'Roar Power' bumper sticker and an awesome members scarf with the yellow striping that also had the roar power logo.

This season it was just 'RFC Member 2013' and the scarf was quite plane with 'Richmond Member 2013' and to be honest looked a lot cheaper.

Received the members pack for next year and it's just 'RFC Member 2014' again and not sure what the scarf is.

Is there a reason behind not using the slogan on the sticker as it looked great and really helped to carry the campaign's message when it's on the back of every car. The club spends a lot of time and money on this campaign and one of the easiest forms of advertisement is having it listed on the back of 50,000 cars or however many we're pushing for.

I'm an interstate member and in my letter I received with my membership it says something about a $10 surcharge if one of my 5 games is used on an interstate match..? What's this all about?

sante - you're going to have to pay $10 for your ticket to your local game. The reserved seat costs at the IS grounds are much higher than the GA allowance on the Country/IS membership allows for - Subi over here being the worst - and the club has been losing money on these memberships for years. Been waiting for this to happen for about 3 years after a convo I had with someone at the club back then.

I'm not overly fussed about it but paying for the membership in essence means we get our ticket for $10 instead of $30ish? Seems odd...I'll see what RFC says.
