Watching Fridays Game

From what I understand Friday is the first game of the season (pre-).
Is this going to be available anywhere FTA?Web Etc.

Just watching 1st quarter of the prelim. Joel Selwood definitely cost us a spot in the GF because Guerra's hearing was still stuffed when he gave away that 50m penalty to Cloke

Hey guys I've got a dreamteam related question, sorry I couldn't find a specific thread for it.

I'm really interested in Jordan Lewis, he is only priced at 90 and played midfield late in the year and averaged 100+. Lewis did a lot of tagging last year, do you guys see him continuing in that role this year? or do you see him playing purely as an inside mid as the likes of Sewell and Mitchell? Do you think he is good value?

As a midfielder he may have been a risk but as a forward he's a sure thing

Hard to say, as he is the ultimate team player and will do whatever helps the team, which means he may have a game or two where he plays as a defensive forward or tagger. To me, he is good enough to take over a main midfield role, probably surpassing Sewell this year. He is a dual position player so I'm thinking I'll take him as a forward, still worried about what roles he will play this year though.

what is the USA one? You can stream that into Oz by using a US proxy, plenty of them around (google).

Family Day Help

Hi Guys,

My son has been nagging me for the last 12 hours for a Blue Lanyard he saw kids wearing at the Family Day yesterday. He described it as a Bupa Hawks Lanyard which I have no idea about. Does anybody who went to Family Day yesterday know about these so called lanyards?

Did you know HFC details are not found on Directory Assistance??

Hey guys,

Strange story.. I was trying to call Hawks Nest today and I called Directory Assistance to get the number and HFC are not listed?? I spoke to the operator and she told me that she only had HFC listed in Tasmania?

I wonder if the club is aware of this??

You would think this time of year would be peak season with memberships enquiries and everything?

Just call the membership department on 13000 HAWKS and ask to be put through to the Hawks Nest.

Family day was good, same ol' same ol', kids love it though.
And yes, it was packed and seemed to be a lot of people there signing up as members.

It was a great day... I won a signed jumper in a raffle hehe ! I saw the blue Bupa / Hawks lanyards too and my kid also wanted one. We did a circuit but didn't actually see a Bupa tent, just the mascot close to the main entry gate early on in proceedings.

It was a fantastic day and I was most impressed by the grass on the oval. Three years ago it was a dustbowl.
