Never have smoked.
When I was a lad working on the farms and playing a lot of baseball, we all chewed tobacco. Now days they don't sell tobacco to children, but back then everyone thought smokeless was harmless.
I did that for quite a while, and finally decided to quit. It was an absolute horror show. I was like that girl Regan from 'The Exorcist.' Head spinning around, projectile vomiting, threatening to send peoples' souls to hell.
Take a few days off. Stay at home and go Cold Turkey. Before you do this, you may take Spidergirl's advice and wean down some first. If smoking is anything like chewing it, you will think herion addicts are sissy whiners who can't give up their security blankets. Good luck.
