Why do channel 7 insist in replaying a marking collision so many times or at all. Just show the live play.
The whole production has been a bit amateur. Had shots of some carnts mullet earlier rather than show the play.
Our possessive style is great when it's on but FFS it goes to water easily under any pressure.

Yeah was frustrating with the 3rd quarter, felt like we looked good to score but would lose composure and get caught htb or rush a handball, everything looked rushed.

Looked really dodgy at times, but banked the win, doubled the opposition score so I can drink this wine here in a peaceful manner
Same score ratio as the GF, 2.1:1.

For The Western™️ they’re not so flash in the west

The 2nd half was unconvincing but we lose games like that pretty regularly so good to close it out for the W. Hopefully the run gets the nerves/cobwebs out and we can play more consistently. Richmond next week should be a good game.
We’ll certainly have to play a lot better than that to win the flag. I’m consoled by North and Fremantle looking similarly unconvincing against significantly worser sides than The Western™️ though, points to it just being R1 blues. And if we’d kicked 10.6 rather than 6.10 our errors in general play would be barely noticeable…although expecting this side to fix its goal kicking at this stage seems like a stretch.

Plus we still have some significant ins to come with McNamara and Purcell, plus Paxy obviously wasn’t the same after her collision early.

The blokes got their goalkicking in order by finals last year, hopefully it can happen for the women too.

Round 2 thread up. Get around it.
