Only managed to catch the last quarter but they way we not only held on when they got back to 7 points was immense.
The umps still don’t like us much do they?

What KB forgot to mention in her interview is that she reads Bigfooty and she wanted to stick it right up me for asking if she had another year in her.

Contracted for 2026.

Fought it out to the end Laura maclland so under rated
Has been much of her career, it's her stuff often without the ball, the scraps, the halving a contest, the 1%ers that have her adding value that others struggle to do. We saw that work into her game with the ball today.

It's all good, she thanked me for my support ;)

Credit where it’s due, Egan has done a lot of tough inside work today.
Good second half, took off her invisibility coat at half time

We outlasted them but that was an ugly arm wrestle for the second half and a bit. Mon tagged again and had an off game for her standards and maybe the reason we struggled a bit. Ellie was great again but couldn't hit a target early and a lot of her kicks inside 50 and others missed targets from midfield.

A good game from Grieves again around the ball. Egan getting help from the umps, but got around the ball and although not the most athletic and skilled player commits to contest turning up again and again. Brennan and Greiser kicking goals was nice and also getting around the ground helped get the win today.

Lynch and Hosking warriors again with their pressure and attack on the player and ball, not always the best disposal but reliable in their defensive sides. Mclelland was good up forward and Charli Wicksteed also covering a lot of ground and getting to the right spaces and getting disposals a great sign for her future. Dallaway a solid citizen again.

Quite a few just OK performances though from others who had some good moments or even quarters but then disappear and are not consistent over 4 quarters.

Check out the demeanour of Scott after the game. No one really went to her (except Sheahan); she pretty much kept to herself during the celebrations. What's that about you reckon? She looked visibly upset!
