Duty of Care and a Duty of Fair!
I thought this as I have not seen Laura Kane since Walsh came onto the scene in March.

I guess it is the MRP and their response would be "Cox's head coming into contact with Bonnici's hip was careless but not high and medium impact" and as Bonnici's HIA (Hip Injury Assessment) was clear so all ok for Cox to play Rd 11 :tongueout:

Funny boy!

Didn't train smart enough either - we played some really dumb football in that first month or so
It’s interesting

The Junior team I coach has already resumed training for 26, and the girls had the benefit of a performance manager from a vfl club coming to help train.

It’s incredible to see how comprehensive a performance plan is.

Each player has their own. It doesn’t just cover training it covers sleep, nutrition, weight load (gym), and running. Players are monitored.

It’s astounding that we were so underprepared given the club would have been monitoring everything.

If it can happen in the comp that the Lions could be so ahead of all teams for so long, it's also plausible that unlike other clubs who've followed suit, we're not at the same level in elite program or in our work ethic, probably likely the latter.

It's caught up with the Lions, although still likely the benchmark in strength and conditioning, and the comp's best work ethic, the Lions game plan was built to take advantage around this, and when clubs like North match up physically Lions haven't got the game plan right, and can be beaten through ball movement.

Coming into the season our team looked underdone in both, physically and in hitting our game plan.

Probably underestimated - standing still is going backwards is that truism - has never been more true in the AFLW last season to the current season!
