Brah. Don't even try to take the underdog status here.
No I genuinely think with who we have out that on the big oval we are very gettable. Th giants game on the weekend exposed what we lack and that is outside run from the contest. We are very imbalanced ATM with all our key mids being contested ball players but as soon as the ball flips to the outside we get burnt. If we were at full strength, different story, but without now Lynch and most probably Douglas, we are very thin on the ground and this would be one your coach would be thinking you guys can absolutely get the win

Our coach is too busy admiring boobies (allegedly), and salivating over the McGoverns.
Radelaide by plenty!

33-35k...........

Its embarrassing for us as a club. Port are often mocked for their crowds etc........ they will get 50k at AO the next 3 weeks.
We are wallowing in this brand new stadium getting sub 40k crowds.
Simple answer. Support your club through thick and thin. I'll be there. No question.

We have the 5th highest home ground attendance this year. Higher than Adelaide and Port Adelaide.

Richmond, WC, Collingwood, Essendon above us. Considering we're playing like crap and not one of the big clubs I'd say that's pretty bloody good.

But by all means let's just keep kicking the club.

10th If you remove the derby and include the GCS game.

Derby was a home game. Why remove it?

Equally you maybe should maybe remove the Anzac day game from the Bombers/Pies numbers?

GC game was a double-cost for members. And yet we still got 33k to a game where the majority of the attendees had to pay over and above their membership.

Embarrasing for us as a club? **** that, those numbers are pretty damn good.

why would you do that? fwiw the 33k against GC was an excellent crowd anyway given that everyone had to buy tickets and the Suns have no fans. Our crowds are very healthy especially considering how bad we've been the last few years. calling it "embarrassing" is just weird.

Agree with Mr Fonebone .

Out: Jones, Fyfe
In: Sandi, Matera

Duman - Hamling - Kersten
Wilson - APearce - Ryan
Langdon - Neale - Tucker
Walters - Cox - McCarthy
Matera - Apeness - Giro

Sandi - Mundy - Blakely

Brayshaw - Cerra - Sherro - Banfield

Alex Pearce to take Josh Jenkins
Hamling to take Otten (assuming he plays)
Kersten to take Fogarty

Betts isn't the same player this year but we'll probably turn his form around. Ryan maybe?

Sandi > Sauce
Mundy = Gibbs
Neale = Crouch
Blakely = CEY

With all the injuries Adelaide are suffering they won't be able to give Sauce Jabobs a rest even though he is clearly not running at 100%. Sandi and Apeness should really be able to provide our midfield an edge. I think Mundy and Neale are going to be our main midfielders for the day. Blakely, Tucker, Cerra and Brayshaw to fill in the rest.

One of Cox/Apeness unluckily gets Talia. McCarthy to play as a geniune 3rd tall (No more excuses). Sandi to go 60/40 in the ruck with Apeness, might cause a bit of panic for Adelade when he goes forward.

I'm going to go to this game. Baby at my mum's, seven year old at his mum's.

Half of the Adelaide best 22 at home.

A team full of inexperienced players.

No expectations and the potential for a great night.

I’ll be supporting us in my theatre room with a nice cup of tea.

I’ve got the feeling we’ll give Sandi a continued rest and judging from Bond(882)we’re happy to stick with the 2 younger rucks until he’s back. Why would we risk APearce for a game that means zilch and no chance with Fyfe out.

Out:APearce, Fyfe
In: Logue, Matera

Only play Pearce if he’s 100%. If not bring in Logue or Hughes. Hope we give Jones another run at it.

Can’t see AP playing only a week after doing his ankle - unlikely IMO.

Sandi has had his rest now, off the pine he comes.
Selection of the back half is the most difficult for me.....
does Kerstan stay in and take a key post in AP’s absence ?
is Cox shuffled back with Sandi and Apeness playing ?
Does MJ come in for AP...

My thoughts now are:
Outs:
AP (inj)
Fyfe (susp)
Jones

Ins:
Matera
Sandi
Crowden/Ballantyne

Sheridan probably the luckiest AFL footballer on the planet this week - think he survives purely for stability.

Bring a small forward in to release Cerra into the midfield.
Have Apeness stay in with Sandi to leave Mundy as prime extractor in Fyfe’s absence and we may see a little more Connor Blakey as a mid action this week.

Cox to swing around as needed

Fyfe out should mean Blakely deserves a go in the midfield. Like for like. He's a bull inside. To play Brayshaw/Cerra ahead of him is a huge disrespect tbh.
Mundy/Neale/Blakely/Walters will be solid enough.

Ins: Sandi, Matera, Hughes
Outs: Jones, Fyfe, A. Pearce

Mccarthy should be out, but the cupboard is bare. Unfortunately will get ripped apart by Talia or Otten.

I hope Kersten stays in the side, thought he was okay in his first game at AFL as a defender, don’t expect that to last long though.
