Why does it matter with Sandi out? Apeness and Jones will be okay for us, Jacobs isn't as good as Grundy. Gives another chance to see what the two can bring.

I think it would have been good Sandi playing so the Ape hopefully spent more time forward, Jones is very meh and like Ape not 100% AFL level ruck fit atm.

I will enjoy every last game of Sandi’s T-bone. Can’t say I’ve enjoyed many on the journey although the hit out to S Hill circa 2013 and it’s aftermath will endure as a memory worth clinging to.

Don't have any problem with McCarthy going out but still seems like we've got absolutely no idea how we want to line up in our forward line. How Ballas and Matera (in theory two specialist small forwards) are like for like with Fyfe and McCarthy I've got no idea.

Ballas in after one solid game is such a Ross pick (and why isn't DP in front of him?) but as long as he's first out next week when Fyfe is back I'll accept it. Will be ropeable though if this is him having earnt his place back and someone like Giro is forced to make way next week instead.

Careful. If people on this forum are to be believed, Ross has very little say in recruiting, trading, selection. He's powerless to impose his will on the club.
